You understand and agree that you and only you will be fully responsible for any legal claims, costs, liabilities, fees, losses, including legal fees and expenses incurred by yourself and FillMyRental.com Inc.  that may arise by your not adhering to the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

NO AGENCY

FillMyRental.com Inc. is an advertising medium only that collects a fee for owners to advertise rental properties. We are not a Licensed Broker, or Brokerage. We make no claim of any form of representation or Agency of any kind on behalf of any of the advertisers on this site or any renters looking on this website. We are not a party to any lease, agreement or contract regarding leasing or renting real property with any of the advertisers or users on this site.

NO SOLICITING

Use of our website is for renters searching for rentals and owners of rental properties using our site for the purpose of advertising their properties only. Any solicitation for any other purposes other than this is strictly forbidden. All emails are subject to monitoring by us and any unwanted soliciting or harassment will not be tolerated.

NO ILLEGAL OR IMMORAL USE

You agree that you shall not use our Website for any illegal purposes, and you will adhere to all applicable laws.

If your advertised property is in the USA you agree to comply with all USA fair housing laws and You agree to not make, print, or publish, or cause to be made, printed, or published any notice, statement, or advertisement, with respect to the sale or rental of a dwelling that indicates any preference, limitation, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin, or an intention to make any such preference, limitation, or discrimination.

You agree not to try to corrupt the website or try to hack into secure areas. You agree to not compile any lists of data found on this website.

You also agree not to post any unlawful, immoral, abusive, derogatory, obscene, pornographic or indecent words or photos. You also will not post anything that may infringe on any copyrights, intellectual property rights, trademarks or rights of any person or company without their permission. If any violations are found, we maintain the right to deny your use of our website and remove any ads placed without reund.

ADS

Though we do not check every ad, nor do we maintain any responsibility to do so, all advertisements are SUBJECT TO OUR REMOVAL without refund at any time we feel it is necessary due to noncompliance with our terms and conditions. Ads submitted are for ONE and ONLY one rental property. If we become aware of ads promoting more than one rental, they will be subject to our removal without refund.

BULK CUSTOMERS:

Bulk Customers must provide only one person's contact info. If we discover any bulk customers that we feel are advertising rentals for others and providing another person's contact info, we reserve the right to remove all the ads that the bulk customer has listed, without refund.

FillMyRental.com website and its' contents are protected by copyright laws. You agree to not copy, download, transmit, print or reproduce in any other form without the express written permission from us. Any violations will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

AVAILABLIITY & USE

We DO NOT guarantee that there will not be interruptions occasionally due to technical problems or errors. We will not be responsible for financial losses of any kind due to the site becoming temporarily unavailable. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WEBSITE.
