1.) IT'S ALL HERE: Fill My Rental.com offers a truly global selection of ALL types of property rentals offered for rent by private owners & property managers located all over the world. You can search for FREE through vacation rentals & residential rentals that include houses, condos, apartments, town homes, flats, cabins, villas and even luxury estates. You can easily search all for types of commercial rentals ranging from retail or office space to warehouse and storage space. Do you own a boat or yacht? Here you can find rentals of boat slips and docks that will perfectly match your boat or yacht requirements. If you don't find what you are looking for today, just come back in a day or two and you may find it then. We are quickly growing our list of properties and advertisers, so you should come back as often as you need to find the rental you want.

2.) CONTACT OWNERS DIRECT: When you find a rental you like you can contact the property owner or manager directly and make your rental arrangements. There are no middle men here, and there are no commissions charged to renters or owners by us. Though some advertisers may be property managers for the owners, we at FillMyRental.com do not get between you and the owner. We help to put you in contact with each advertiser so you can negotiate directly with them. Many times you can take advantage of great savings offered by renting directly from the owners. You can communicate by email or phone with them and gain the advantage of direct negotiations with the owners

3.) FINDING THE RIGHT RENTAL: Finding the right rental property is not all that hard to do. First select the location of your desired rental by clicking on the map or the name of a location. This will bring you to the rentals located in that particular area. Then you must know what type of rental you want. You have a number of choices. See Below.

4.) VACATION & SEASONAL RENTALS: These rentals come fully furnished with just about everything you may need for a vacation or holiday with your family. You can rent some of them for as little as one day or you can stay for weeks or months at a time. If you want, and the owner has the openings, you can even rent some of them long term as well. They come in all types and sizes, from luxury estate homes to apartments to cabins and more. It's almost like owning your own vacation home for a short time. 5.) LONG TERM RESIDENTIAL RENTALS: Long term residential rentals are more for full time or longer term residences. This is likely where you call "home" for a while. Some of these will require a minimum of 6 months or longer while others will require annual leases. Here you will find all types of residential properties including homes, apartments, flats, condos, or the like. They may come furnished or unfurnished. And some may offer either way you need it. Just choose which you would prefer or you can just search through them all.

6.) COMMERCIAL RENTALS: If you are looking for a business location, here is where you will find them. In the categories you will find office space, retail & restaurants, warehouse & storage as well as industrial & manufacturing. You can search through the separate categories of rentals or you can search through them all. As long as you know what type of business or commercial space you need, you should be able to find it here. Since commercial rentals and businesses vary in different areas and countries we offer a category called "others". If you don't find it where you think it should be, just search them all or search "others".

7.) BOAT SLIP & DOCK RENTALS: This is where you can search the world for a boat slip or dock that meets your boating or yachting requirements. You can search for a liveaboard dock or for a slip in a residential complex or a marina. The water type, height restrictions or whether there are fixed bridges is all there for you to see. Whatever your particular vessel requires, you can search for it here. Just choose your location, then amenities and begin your search for the perfect place to keep your boat or yacht.

JUST A FEW PRECAUTIONS: The vast majority of property owners are legitimate and provide you with no serious concerns. Just remember to use good judgment and instincts and you should be fine. Check everything out that you possibly can. If you are in doubt, ask for references of other businesses or professionals that the owner does business with, such as a lawn care, maintenance, or a pool company that you can call. On vacation rentals you may ask if they have an online guestbook that you can read. Most owners should know their property very well and should be able to explain it in great detail. If they are too vague in their description or if they want money sent very quickly or put pressure on you, they probably should be avoided. If you suspect any owner is not being honest, it may be wise to "go with your gut" and avoid that rental unless you are able to verify it and answer your questions.
