We guarantee, for vacation rental advertisers on our site that we will refund your payment in full if you do not receive 10 times the amount that you paid to us in a single year, back in rents received by you, subject to the following guidelines.

1. Your rental must have been advertised and available on our website for a full year.
2. You must have posted at least 6 photos since the beginning of the ad.
3. Your rental must be furnished and allowed to rent by the day or by the week.
4. Your rental must be available to rent 365 days per year on our site.
5. You must have included a rental calendar in your ad from the start.
6. Timeshares do not qualify.

Allow up to 30 days to verify your claim and process your refund. We need the following items for processing: Your name, property ID, Credit Card number if you used one, date you started your ad and a refund request letter explaining the details of your claim.
