One of them was well over $200.00 per year. Our ad costs are truly among the lowest in the industry! Is setting up my ad listing difficult?

It is very easy. Our upload pages were designed to offer a great amount of detail, without making you have to think of it all. We have included numerous checkboxes for you to choose what features and amenities your rental offers. (Vacation rental owners can add their calendar or use ours for free).  It is all self explaining as you go. It should take you no more than 10-15 minutes, depending on how much you like to write.  You can easily add up to 20 photos, describe it, choose wether you want a six month plan or one year plan, choose any upgrades you may want and then finish your ad. It is that simple!

Can I change my rental listing once I complete it?

Yes, absolutely! You can change your ad listing at any time. All you have to do is log in with the user name and password that you set up and go to "manage my properties" on the top right side of the page. You can edit text or change photos. You can even de-activate and re-activate your ad as often as you want with just a single click!

Will I be able to see my ad immediately?

Yes, your ad will start immediately upon your completion.

Do you have a six month as well as an annual plan?

Yes we do! We offer both annual and six month plans. Unlike most of our competitors, we offer all types of rental properties, some of which may not require an annual listing advertisement. This allows for more flexibility and lower costs to owners. Even if your rental only needs one tenant and is filled in in less than a month, you can easily de-activate your ad to avoid unwanted contacts from renters until it is available again.

How do I manage the vacation rental availability calendar?

First log in with your user name and password. Once you are logged in, go to your listing on the website. Scroll down to the calendar on your listing and click on the dates that you want to show as booked. The calendar will highlight these dates for you. Its' that simple. Click on those dates again to remove the highlights.

How do I reset or change my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the "reset password" and enter your email used on the account setup. The system will send you an email with your new password. Later, If you want to change your password to something you choose, log in and go to the top right corner where it says " My Profile." From there you can modify your username or password.

Why rent a vacation rental, why not just get a hotel room?

This answer is really very easy once you have stayed in your first privately owned vacation rental. Here are a few things to consider. First, most privately owned rentals are much larger than a hotel room. They include your own fully equipped kitchens and can accommodate larger parties of people. Some have private land to roam, private game rooms, private swimming pools and more. They vary from secluded mountain cabins to urban condos. Many of them cost much less than a hotel room while you enjoy living almost like you own it yourself. Hotels may offer a few nice amenities but nothing is quite like having the privacy and amenities that only a privately owned vacation property can offer. Take a chance and try it. Like many people, you may decide to never go back to a hotel room again!
